Currently Watching Ghost Dragon of Cold Mountain 寒山潛龍 Tvb drama

I have found a new favourite ancient drama from Tvb. It's the newly released show 寒山潛龍, with Kenneth Ma, Selena Li, Power Chan, LinXia Wei etc. It's a case-solving, detective kind of drama, which I love. The show is interesting and funny. There are interesting twists and cases. 

It also seems to be a little like the show The four. In The Four, Kenneth and Selena where also a couple. It's nice to see them togheter again in 寒山潛龍. They look so cute together^^ 

Although Selena plays two different character in this drama, I like her Tao Fa character best. She is so naive and innocent, sometimes too much I guess-.-).

Beside these two, my other favourites are Lin Xia Wei and Pierre Ngo. Haha, he is so funny and I hope he in the end wins Lin Xia Wei's heart.

You Who Came from The Stars and Hello Spring!

Finished this drama yesterday, and feel that I miss it:( It was a very nice, sweet drama. Made me teary. The ending I think was ok, fortunately it wasn't a very sad ending. Also have two favourite OST from this drama; Destiny by Lyn and Hello, Goodbye by Hyorin. I always feel kind of sad after finishing a drama because you kind of get attached to it. Now I need to find a new drama to watch to get over this.

Tvb On Call 36 hours II have been released!

Got to know this yesterday, and I'm so happy and excited! I really liked the first season, so I'm definitely going to watch this one too^^ I love medical dramas. Somehow I can relate to them because I work in the medical field. And there is also some useful learning too.

Currently Watching Karma Rider 师傅，明白了 Tvb drama

Been a long time since last time. My bad habit of neglecting blogging-.- I need to stop this-.-

So a little update to keep things up. I have started on a new Tvb drama! There are so many interesting ones lately. I finished Awfully Lawfully last week, and really liked it. I was a bit sad when the drama ended because I was afraid that maybe I had to wait a little longer for the next interesting Tvb drama to watch...

Surprise! Fortunately there are TWO interesting Tvb drama that I really want to watch...well, I have started on one already. Yep, it's Karmen Rider, 师傅，明白了. The plot seems interesting, and so far I like it^^ Its also nice to see Raymond Wong back as the main lead. And Priscilla Wong, I like her too. Her character is cute and funny.

Oh, and I must not forget the theme song! It's definitely one of my favourite Tvb theme song.
I think its really a good song^^ Sung by Hubert Wu (nice voice and cute).

Well, another Tvb drama I'm going to watch while waiting for ep. 5 of Karmen Rider, is...ta-daa...Triumph in the Skies II! 

So excited for this, because season I of Triumph in the Skies was my the drama which got me hooked on Tvb drama! And its been so long since I watched it too, I think I was still a child then and didn't understand much, beside thinking that '' How nice to be a stewardess ''! Hehe...

Tvb: Sergeant Tabloid - 女警愛作戰

I have already started on a new Tvb-drama yay=D 
It's a ''modern'' tvb drama. Synopsis (source: wikipedia): Lui Fei-hap (Niki Chow), known as "Lui Hap", is a thirty-one Emergency Unit sergeant of the Hong Kong Police Force, who has been let down in love many times. So when she finds her perfect man (Vincent Wong) she jumps at the opportunity, never suspecting that he is a drug baron until she arrests him.

To make things worse their relationship hits the headlines when tabloid reporter Gordon Lam (Michael Tse), known as A1, stumbles upon it while following another story. Lui Hap's and A1's paths continue to cross when pursuing duties and stories, sometimes co-operating and sometimes as enemies, sometimes saving the other and sometimes playing practical jokes on the other. A mother goose to her section, Lui Hap comes into conflict with her new commanding officer Madam Kiu (Mandy Wong), nicknamed by her subordinates as Madam Kill, when Kiu demands perfection of her section.

Before long Lui Hap finds herself falling in love with new recruit Wong Tze-tsuen (Matthew Ko), only for A1 to stand in her way again. It turns out that it is her father, Boy Sir (Benz Hui), who is the mastermind of this and that A1 is his accomplice. So far I'm on ep. 10. Many of the actors/actresses from On Call 36 Hours is also in this drama so it is one of the reason I like this drama because I know most of the actors xD And the girls in police uniforms are looking good! Yay for Girlpower!

Mandy is once again playing a ''righteous, cold, serious, intelligent'' character. Her acting is good. If I had a commanding officer like her I would avoid her at all cost, really don't like her character here, but after watching ep.10 I'm excited to see how her relation with Fei Hap will become. 

Nicki Chow, is it just me or does she have some resemblance to Fala Chen? At first I thought she was Fala Chen o.0 Anyway, both are pretty^^ I don't get why they have to call her a ''Zhong Nui'', she's not looking that old-.- 


The tabloid reporter (Michael Tse) gets on my nerves although I admit he's funny sometimes. Hate how ruthless he is when he wants to get a good story/news for his paper. Are real life reporters really like that o.0


lol, don't be creeped out by the fact that I tend to get easily carried away by tv-dramas and movies x.x

Tvb: On call 36 Hours

I have started on a new Tvb drama: The Hippocratic Crush /On call 36 Hours. 
Honestly, I have never let myself watch a medical drama before, don't know why, I think it's because I just didn't wanted to. So I was kind of exciting when I started on this drama! 
Surprisingly, it was good and wasn't that typically death serious drama...which I first thought because of all the illnesses and fighting against the clock to save somebody. And they have taken in ethical problems and medical procedures which I kind of can relate to because of what I'm currently studying now^^ 
On the other side, how I wish to become a doctor (childhood dreams),  but that seems to be just an impossible dreamT.T 


Well, well, I'm off to watch ep. 12 now=D !

怪侠一枝梅 Guai Xia Yi Zhi Mei

Watched this Chinese drama the past weeks, and I was so hooked! The story is based on a real life person who lived in China. 


English title: The Vigilantes In Masks / Strange Hero Yi Zhi Mei

Synopsis: Li Ge Xiao is skilled in martial arts and has the brain to match it. In his former life, he was a high ranking Marshal with great law enforcement authority. With his new partners, thief Yan San Niang, grafter He Xiao Mei, and muscle Chai Hu, they formed a bandit called "Yi Zhi Mei" that robs the rich and the corrupted and gives to the poor and the helpless. The Gang!

The positive thing with this serie is that I knew who the main actors were. It was really enjoying to see their acting skills, especially Ma Tian Yu's and Edwin Siu. Ma Tian Yu as sissy He Xiao Mei was so cute and funny^^ The other actors were also interesting and eyecandies:P

And Edwin Siu, I didn't recognise him at first, but I knew that I have seen his face somewhere before! Guess I was right, he has acted in Tvb dramas before, and the most memorable one for me was his character as Da Fu Ma in Can't Buy Me Love. Compared to that, he changed drastically in Yi Zhi Mei.

He acted as the villain in Yi Zhi Mei, and he pulled it off quite well=O He can really act as a villain. He was so evil, but at the same time I think he was charming tooxD I have always seen him in good guys roles, but this time, it was so different to see him act all evil. Haha, his all smiley personality, and suddenly an evil character. It was like totally two different persons! But I prefer him more in this kind of roles, where he is more manly and brave:P

Wallace Huo as Li Ge Xiao

Wallace Huo played the main character Li Ge Xiao. What can I say, he is too handsome! And I think the role suited him very well. 


Last words: This is a must watch drama! Especially if you love ancient series, awesome kung-fu fighting and drama!
