Books, Cardigans and new Clothes

The weather is getting chilly. Autumn is here, which means reading time!

I still have many books bought from last year *ahem which lays unopened >.<

One of my project for this autumn/winter is to finish minimum three books.

I'm going to start with this one:

Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell

A young adult book about the innocent, not always lasting and most difficult to forget, one's first love. 

Although it's getting chilly but not cold enough for thick jackets, I find myself addicted to cardigans.
I have bought atleast 4 cardigans the past month! My latest one is a long, blue wool cardigan that is under the knees. Don't know why, but I find myself liking the extra long cardigans although I'm short myself, haha.

My favourite at the moment:

Love the purple colour, suits almost everything.

Also one of my go-to cardigan, in light pink^^ I like the collar design too.

Packing

Can't believe it's 3 days left before I'm going to China*o*
Tried to finish packing today, it went quite well...until I was almost finished and realized that the suitcase is not yet full! I'm getting a little stressed about that because what more can I take with me without it being overweight?
Hopefully, I don't think the suitcase is overweight yet because there mostly are clothes. Going to continue packing tomorrow.

Went little outside today with some friends. This is what I wore:

Burgundy

Went weekend-shopping again! I finally found a nice, burgundy colored shirt, and it's with lace-detail too:D

Seems like burgundy is the new fall-it color, which I can't blame because I personally thinks is a nice color.

And...I bought my first LV bag! A Monogram Idylle canvas in Sepia (although I think it looks purplish). I like the color and style of the bag, so I just had to buy it although I think it's expensive-.-

A Nice Week...now back to Reality!

The past week have been really nice! It was sunny for the entire week and I felt that the winter depression slowly but certainly faded away. We just finished our project and got some extra days to just laze around. 

Strawberries; a sure sign that summer's here!

Bought this on sale. These socks are so soft and cozy and...keeps my feet warm:)

OFTD: I See Stars

Taking outfit pictures isn't that tiring anymore, what a difference a tripod can make!

Shirt from H&M, Mint leggings, star sweater.

Bought the mint coloured leggings yesterday. I like the light, pastel mint color, been searching for jeans with this colour for a long time, and finally found it! Personally, I think leggings are more comfy than jeans:P

A little rest from Work

This week has to be one of my busiest weeks...I had school, work early in the morning and afternoon courses. My feet are so tired, some massage would have worked (if it wasn't that expensiveT.T) and tomorrow I also have to work. At least my paycheck is going to be positive, comforting myself with planning for stuff I'm going to spend my cash on, hehe. 


The weather is behaving surprisingly good lately, it's getting warmer and the snow has melted=O I didn't think that we was going to get such an early spring, however, I don't complain=) I'm getting all happy and summer moody when spotting colourful light clothes in stores, pretty-flowy dresses, nice heels and cute shorts^^ 
Bye-bye to unflattering big and baggy jackets.


Went to the library today after school to see if I would find some interesting books. I love to read whenever I have free time, ehm, which means when I'm on the tube. Well, it's better than staring at the person sitting in front of you, awkwardness-.- Unfortunately I found just one book, the newest and most popular where already taken by other e.g. The hunger games. I want to read it because of the movie and because of the positive reviews and the story seems interesting. There's so much books I want to read, maybe I should make a book-list to keep track of them for the next library/book store visit.


Bought a lined notebook from Paperblanks today=D I have wanted at least one book from this brand because they are so pretty and really stands out compared to other plain notebooks. 
Downside is that they are abit expensive here-.- I went for this one because I liked the deep purple colour! I hope I'm going to use this book to the very last page of it, because I tend to never finish my diaries/notebooks. 
I often get uninspired or worse, find a new one-.-)

New bag and Essie Polishes

Hello everyone, how has your weekend been^^?
I went shopping yesterday with my sis. Bought some cosmetics and a new Bare Minerals Matte foundation because I already used up my old one=( I was kind of sad at first because I bought my old one on discount, almost half original price, but unfortunately it's not on discount now AND I need it badly for covering
so I had no choice but... fortunately they had a special offer where you got a free brush with you if you bought a foundation from Bare Minerals=D So I wasn't that depressed when I bought itxD I guess I was kind of lucky.
The SA was kind and gave me some samples=)


I finally managed to find two handbags which I really like and may be used for school, job and shopping^^

I fell in love with this one when I first saw it on their website, and I was happy that they had it in store, so I bought it asap! It looked larger online, than in reality, but I like the colour and the ''leather''. Love the little pocket in the front, now I know where to find my phone and train tickets;)

I like the size of this bag and that it has alot of pockets which is handy when I have sooo much unnecessary stuff with me-.-


Bought me two nail polishes from Essie because they were on discount=D I have never tried their nail polishes, but I really like their variety of nice colours, especially the pink ones, but too bad my hands doesn't look good with pink nails, however I went for an opaque white and a navy, dark blue nail polish! I have always wanted to have a dark blue nail polish.


The dark blue (Aruba Blue) from Essie, I tested it when I got home and it looks so shiny, bright and nice!
I love this colour<3 tried to find it from the OPI at first, but the shops here don't stock this colour so I was happy when I saw that Essie had it=D This is going to be one of my fave nail colour from now on.

These are from H&M! Love the sparkling one, because I can use it as a top coat if I want to ''sparkle up'' my lacque;)

Used alot of money today...but there are still some more stuff I need to buy before I let my wallet restT.T
My Clarins Make-up Fix Spray is also empty and I'm planning to get a new one on monday...speaking of which...is my birthday=D keke, mum is going to get me a cake, so I'm looking forward for it, lol xD
Haven't eaten a cake for sooo long because I'm kind of on a diet now...cutting out the ''bad'' food.
Ah...how I miss to eat chocolates, pizzas, cakes without feeling guilty =(

Friends meet-up and new pair of shoes

After a hectic week with school right after Christmas vacation, I catched up with some good friends today. 

I really needed this^^ It felt like it was since forever we had seen each other, which is also true...but the strange thing is that although it's been a long time since last, when we see each other now it's like we have never been apart for a long time. We just laugh, conversation flows nicely and we just have fun and enjoy each others company^^ My OFTD:

There's never the awkwardness that you might feel with certain people, example new friends, classmates etc. 

Although it's possible to feel awkwardness with close friends too if you haven't seen them for awhile and then suddenly want to catch up but then you realise that something is different, something has changed. 

Personally, I think that may be a bad sign, because it may indicate that we have drifted apart from each other, but it may be fixed by meeting each other more often if you think the friendship is worth it.

I think it's nice to spend some time with people who truly care for you, be it either it's friends, relatives or family.

They may brighten you up if you have a bad day^^ 

So be sure to take care of your friends^^

Ok, then...about the next thing this post is going to be about...xD...

I bought another pair of shoes today^^ Although I don't think I need more ''winter'' shoes, but I had to have this one because it looked so cute and I was sold right away when I tried them on and they felt sooooo comfortable and lightweight=O! They were on sale too^^ One of my friend also bought a similar pair because she also fell in love with their comfortableness and look xD
