After a long work week I spent sunday on journaling, updating my music list and take in use my newly bought washi tapes^^

Received this yesterday*.* Bought from Ebay. So many pretty washi tapes, I had a really hard time restraining myself from buying over 10+ washi tapes T.T

I got myself two wide washi tapes. This are so pretty because there are scenery prints on them. 

At first, this one caught my eye when I was buying them, because of the snowy scenery which seemed cozy. But after receiving them I like both of them as much!

How they look when rolled out: Looks much lighterand detailed.

This looks more vivid because of the colors.

I think I'm going to buy more of these washi tapes after seeing how nice they look^^

My Current Faves!

My current favourite makeup and skincare routine. I'm a hauler and have alot of unused products that I have decided to start to try out now instead of letting them rotting in the closet. I need to save money and stop buying new cosmetics T.T 

I mean, It must have been a reason that I bought them in the first place xD Ehm...although I know one of the reasons is I'm easily influenced and inspired by youtube makeup tutorials. Nevertheless, I get really happy whenever I use a product that I have bought awhile ago and they turns out to deliver very good. Can't believe why I haven't used them in the first place when I first bought them!

The Kiehl's Midnight recover concentrate is amazing! Skin turns out smooth and moisturised the next morning. Their facial cream is simple but an effective moisturiser. Love this two in combo^^ I want to try more products from Kiehl's later.

Body Shop Haul!

Last week there were discounts on all Body shop products, so I couldn't resist and ended up with buying alot of bodybutters, lotions and other products that I have been wanting to try out. I have always liked their cosmetic brushes and their body lotion.

Couldn't resist to try out this newly arrived line: . Smells refreshing and good.

This is also new, body sorbet! It's supposed to be lighter than their body butters and body lotions. Comes in four different versions, it was so hard to choose because they all smelled so nice^^

Ended up with mango and strawberry. Maybe I'll buy the grapefruit next time...

The sun is finally back! Sunny weather makes me happy^^  I guess I'm one of the people that risk getting winter blues. April has been a nice but busy month; just work, home, sleep or work, out with friends, shopping, home, work...

Beauty Favourites in the Past and This month

I want to start to post monthly beauty and health favourites, because I love trying new pampering products and think it's ok to document their effects and remind me about what I focused mostly on in the different months. This month I have bath, handcream and lip products craze. Guess it's because of the cold weather. The hands tend to get dry and I like taking warm baths when coming home from the cold outside. Here we go:

I was so lucky to get this set with 6 x hand creams on sale! I wanted to try their hand creams for a long time, but they were kind of expensive. Now I can't get enough of it. Their nice smelling, moisturising and non-greasy. My favourite is Gardeners Hand therapy, Avocado and La Source. Because their scent is so nice!

I Must Stop...

I don't know what's up with me, but lately I have gone crazy shopping asian cosmetics from Ebay-.- It's always like that when I get my paycheck. I remember when I was in high school, I didn't cared for makeup and couldn't understand why my friends needed to buy more than 10 different shades of red lipsticks or nail polishes when they didn't even got to use all of it. Honestly, I never cared for cosmetics...until now recently haha...

I suddenly have a kind of understanding of why some girls must have a big collection of lipsticks, foundations and nail polishes in all kind of colours. I'm guilty of this. I think it's because of colours. When I see a nice shade of colour, either in lipgloss or blush, I know I must have it. Difficult to resist. It's worst now, when winter is slowly passing and new spring collections with cute, lively colours is showing up.
19 lipsticks/tints/gloss totally this month...I have never bought that much lipsticks and lip products as I did this month. Really have to control myself, if not, my wallet is going to suffer-.-

Ebay shopaholic

Lately, I have been crazy shopping over Ebay. I become a member few years ago, and bought alot of korean cosmetics then, but I realized my skin don't like Bb creams so I just stopped using ebay (yes, main shopping reason for me from there was bb creams).

But in the past week, I have shopped alot from ebay again! It all started with the weather getting colder (yes, blaming the weather), so I wanted to check out some moisturisers from Korean cosmetic brands.
I feel there are more different and special cares from the asian brands compared to western brands, e.g. snail, snake, wine ingredients.
And the packages are so cute! I bought a few masks, sleeping packs and moisturisers.

I also went searching for some cute diaries for 2014, me being a stationary fan I found so many cute ones that I had to buy them all (almost)! It didn't help with all the nice, inspirational pictures of how to decorate the diaries, which made me wanted to get a polaroid camera to take photos for my diary and washi tapes! I have to set up a firewall for ebay if I can't stop meself from going there. I used too much money this month on online shopping.

I know it's also because now that I have a job, I feel more freedom to buy things than before.

I need to save money... Ok, from my next paycheck I'm going to save 2/3 of it! Promise!

Where have you been?

Oh my...time goes by too quickly:O Already been one month since my last entry. I want to continue blogging, but I'm not really good with switching from work and then coming home and just relax.

Or...when I think about it, it's more that I just tend to sit and watch drama or read a book to relax after work. Too lazy to do other things.

But starting from today, I want to try to blog more:) Minimum once every week. I have many ideas and stuff to blog about, just have to write them down and post it^^

Got a burgundy Michael Kors Tote, the size is perfect for work^^ Autumn is soon over, love how everywhere the trees looks so nice because of the colorful leaves.

What I Bring With Me

Mommy got me this Longchamp bag for my Beijing trip^^ When I were in Hong Kong, I saw quite a lot young people with Longchamp bags, usually in bright colors. I wanted to get one too, because of it's simple yet nice style and it's lightweight:D A must when on shopping or traveling, doesn't take up much space because of it is foldable. I also like the leather details.

Burgundy

Went weekend-shopping again! I finally found a nice, burgundy colored shirt, and it's with lace-detail too:D

Seems like burgundy is the new fall-it color, which I can't blame because I personally thinks is a nice color.

New Home for My Camera

Not literally...I got this ''leather'' camera bag for my Canon g12. Ordered it online and couldn't wait for it to arrive!

The camera needs to be shielded from dust and scracthes caused by the cruel world...ehm...

This bag is in three different colours, black, brown (this) or dark brown. I picked this color because I prefer a light, brown color. I think it looks nicer and is easier to suit with other colors:) 

I like this case, it fits perfectly to my Canon g12 camera. And I like how it is divided into two parts, so I don't need to struggle with taking off the whole case whenever I want to use the camera! Yes, I'm using the strap that comes with the case, because it's much nicer than the boring, black original ones:P

Got this awesome password logbook, after I ''lost'' my Moleskine address book. But guess what, I found it today-.- It was hiding in my book shelf, weird that I didn't see it when I looked over there 100+ times!

Never mind, guess I'm going to start using this now:

I was surprised to know that a such type of notebooks especially for internet passwords exists. 

Nevertheless, it's nice for those who have over 10 + online sites and passwords to keep track of without always have to ''reset'' passwords whenever you forget the old one (guilty:me). I like that this logbook has tabbed, alphabetical pages and it's in spiral binding. It's also small in size, so it's easy to bring with me although that is not recommended. What if you lose it?! I think I'll keep it home, in a safe place away from my curious sister...

Hi again!

It's been awhile since my last blog post=O But I'm thinking of catching up again with some blog posts, and what better is it to change the layout a little bit...with a new header^^ Got bored of the old one, although I quite liked it. Well, we'll see how long this one lasts;)


Lately, I have gotten myself into skincare=) Love the nice scent from colourful body lotions, which is also superb for moisturising dry skin from winter (if you find a effective one). Moisturising is the main reason why I have gotten into body skincare. Since it's not long before its summer and I'm kinda insecure about my complexion, I want to have nice skin which would look good paired with shorts and flowy dresses/skirts. Moisturising may be the key then. I bought my first body butter from The Body Shop, and I have also gotten myself products from Yves Rocher^^
The products is going to be reviewed later. In the meantime, a little teaser of that:

Finally got my glasses today with new power. I hate that my eyes still changes power although I'm 20 already! When will it stop=( The sight usually stabilises in the twenties, but my optician said that it may still changes until in the mid-forties! *shocked face

Mac Cremesheen Lipstick in Lickable

This is not going to be a usual review, mostly just a product description:P Well then...

Bought this a few days ago. I have never been fan of lipstick, always thought that it was for older ladies, but I know I'm wrong! This was just weirdo me thinking for myself. Since my lips are originally pale, I wanted something to give the lips a slight hint of colour so I don't look washed out. I'm too sissy to go all full colour, but I wanted a kind of pink lipstick with slightly some red colour(difficult to explain). 


As you may know, Mac have plenty of lipstick colours to choose from + the different formulas which I didn't know anything about-.-!. I didn't do any research about their lipsticks, it was kind of take-a-chance-buyxP I tried some of their nudes, but didn't like them although the SA said they were quite popular, but nah, don't suit my taste.
After spending almost 15 minutes picking and testing different colours on my hand, there was one that caught my eye! I tried it on my lips and liked the colour! It wasn't pink and wasn't red, a kind of hot pink colour, and that was the colour I was looking for. The name is questionable, Lickable. According to their online site, it's a bright blue-pink colour. For me, I think Hot-pink best describes the colour.

I'm glad that I managed to find a colour that I wanted and didn't make me look ridiculous. And I must shamefully say that I'm quite proud of myself that I managed to find the colour I was looking for, and in addition to that I didn't went wrong with the formula without doing any research beforehand or past experience with lipsticks! Out of their 8 different formulas I picked the cremesheen formula which is suitable for dry lips because of their creamy formula. Although I must say that I can't use this alone without a lip balm underneath. The colour is sharp and clean, very pigmented. But I prefer to use this as a lip tint by dabbing it lightly on my lips with my fingers or put it lightly on=P

Sry for the poor quality, but this is close to how it looks in reality.

Over to the lipstick:


Colour: Hot-pink kind of. Sharp and pigmented. 
Formula: Creamy.
Lasting power: Good, but may tend to smear off on cups, etc.


Overall, I have only tried this lipstick from Mac, but seeing good reviews about their lipsticks on different blogging sites I think this is not going to be my only lipstick from them. I'm thinking about trying their Lustre or Amplified formula because I have heard that they are moisturizing and well-pigmented. There's also a colour that I already has my eyes set on; Speak Louder. I think it's a slightly lighter colour version of lickable. May check it out next time I'm going to a Mac counter.

A little rest from Work

This week has to be one of my busiest weeks...I had school, work early in the morning and afternoon courses. My feet are so tired, some massage would have worked (if it wasn't that expensiveT.T) and tomorrow I also have to work. At least my paycheck is going to be positive, comforting myself with planning for stuff I'm going to spend my cash on, hehe. 


The weather is behaving surprisingly good lately, it's getting warmer and the snow has melted=O I didn't think that we was going to get such an early spring, however, I don't complain=) I'm getting all happy and summer moody when spotting colourful light clothes in stores, pretty-flowy dresses, nice heels and cute shorts^^ 
Bye-bye to unflattering big and baggy jackets.


Went to the library today after school to see if I would find some interesting books. I love to read whenever I have free time, ehm, which means when I'm on the tube. Well, it's better than staring at the person sitting in front of you, awkwardness-.- Unfortunately I found just one book, the newest and most popular where already taken by other e.g. The hunger games. I want to read it because of the movie and because of the positive reviews and the story seems interesting. There's so much books I want to read, maybe I should make a book-list to keep track of them for the next library/book store visit.


Bought a lined notebook from Paperblanks today=D I have wanted at least one book from this brand because they are so pretty and really stands out compared to other plain notebooks. 
Downside is that they are abit expensive here-.- I went for this one because I liked the deep purple colour! I hope I'm going to use this book to the very last page of it, because I tend to never finish my diaries/notebooks. 
I often get uninspired or worse, find a new one-.-)

New bag and Essie Polishes

Hello everyone, how has your weekend been^^?
I went shopping yesterday with my sis. Bought some cosmetics and a new Bare Minerals Matte foundation because I already used up my old one=( I was kind of sad at first because I bought my old one on discount, almost half original price, but unfortunately it's not on discount now AND I need it badly for covering
so I had no choice but... fortunately they had a special offer where you got a free brush with you if you bought a foundation from Bare Minerals=D So I wasn't that depressed when I bought itxD I guess I was kind of lucky.
The SA was kind and gave me some samples=)


I finally managed to find two handbags which I really like and may be used for school, job and shopping^^

I fell in love with this one when I first saw it on their website, and I was happy that they had it in store, so I bought it asap! It looked larger online, than in reality, but I like the colour and the ''leather''. Love the little pocket in the front, now I know where to find my phone and train tickets;)

I like the size of this bag and that it has alot of pockets which is handy when I have sooo much unnecessary stuff with me-.-


Bought me two nail polishes from Essie because they were on discount=D I have never tried their nail polishes, but I really like their variety of nice colours, especially the pink ones, but too bad my hands doesn't look good with pink nails, however I went for an opaque white and a navy, dark blue nail polish! I have always wanted to have a dark blue nail polish.


The dark blue (Aruba Blue) from Essie, I tested it when I got home and it looks so shiny, bright and nice!
I love this colour<3 tried to find it from the OPI at first, but the shops here don't stock this colour so I was happy when I saw that Essie had it=D This is going to be one of my fave nail colour from now on.

These are from H&M! Love the sparkling one, because I can use it as a top coat if I want to ''sparkle up'' my lacque;)

Used alot of money today...but there are still some more stuff I need to buy before I let my wallet restT.T
My Clarins Make-up Fix Spray is also empty and I'm planning to get a new one on monday...speaking of which...is my birthday=D keke, mum is going to get me a cake, so I'm looking forward for it, lol xD
Haven't eaten a cake for sooo long because I'm kind of on a diet now...cutting out the ''bad'' food.
Ah...how I miss to eat chocolates, pizzas, cakes without feeling guilty =(
