Books, Cardigans and new Clothes

The weather is getting chilly. Autumn is here, which means reading time!

I still have many books bought from last year *ahem which lays unopened >.<

One of my project for this autumn/winter is to finish minimum three books.

I'm going to start with this one:

Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell

A young adult book about the innocent, not always lasting and most difficult to forget, one's first love. 

Although it's getting chilly but not cold enough for thick jackets, I find myself addicted to cardigans.
I have bought atleast 4 cardigans the past month! My latest one is a long, blue wool cardigan that is under the knees. Don't know why, but I find myself liking the extra long cardigans although I'm short myself, haha.

My favourite at the moment:

Love the purple colour, suits almost everything.

Also one of my go-to cardigan, in light pink^^ I like the collar design too.

Catch up Sleep and Readings

After being busy working almost right after I came back, today and tomorrow is my day-off:D
I think it's a nice feeling when you finally have some days for ''resting'' after working several days after each other.
It kind of gives you a different perspective on what it feels like to really laze around and just take it easy, wake up late and not stress about missing the train/bus to work.

The internet connection is working again!
It's so frustrating when it takes ages to load a page, but for some strange reason it decided to behave today after being crazy for an entire week! Crossing fingers and  hoping it will stay like this...

A Book Diary; bought while I was in China. I have been searching for this kind of diary, but they are either expensive or have a boring design. I was happy when I found this notebook! It lets you keep track of books you have read and lets you write a short-review about it. It also have a quote section where you can note down favorite quotes from the novels. A nice way to keep track of favorite books. And to my surprise, it's also in english^^ 

English and chinese! And a star-rating system^^

So...how have I spent my day-off from work? Nothing much:P
Tried to make French Toast, but it didn't turn out that well:( Nonetheless, it was good although I had to pluck away the burnt part. Ate it with peanut butter and strawberry jam^^

Watched the Olympic and read some of the blogs that I follow. Found some inspiration and I'm thinking of starting to take on blogging again, slowly but certainly. Photos taken from my trip is also going to be uploaded soon, hopefully. I just have to finish editing them.

OL-Coke glass from Mcdonalds:) I like how the pink drink combination looks good with the green glass (although pink and green should never be mixed togheter I heard somewhere...hm)

I have also started on a new Tvb-drama:) It's Three Kingdoms RPG - 回到三國. Raymond Lam and Kenneth Ma is playing the main characters in this ancient/modern drama. Tavia Yeung is also in this serie. The time-traveling element makes this an interesting and funny drama.

I'm going to China tomorrow=D This will be my last post until I'm back, I think, since blogger, facebook etc., is blocked there-.-

I'm so happy because we are also going to Hong Kong! Rumour has it that it's a shopping heaven for shopaholics. My target shopping is clothes and cosmetics. I hope I may find something since when it comes to clothes I can be a little bit picky. The weather there is also very warm now, I hope it's not too unbearable-.-

And I must always bring a book with me to make the time on plane go faster:P This time I'm bringing with me The Perks of being a wallflower by Stephen Chbosky. I have seen some good reviews about it and there's also made a movie of it so I'm looking forward to start reading it^^

Bookworm

Borrowed three books altogether from the library=D Now I no longer can complain about nothing to read. 

The books I borrowed may be ''old'', but nonetheless I don't care. Two of them have already been adapted into movies, but...I haven't watched neither of themo.o If I like the book, I may watch the movie tooxD So far I have started on the Girl with a Pearl Earring. Haven't read much, but I like the story so far. Going to read it tomorrow on the tube on my way to school.
